Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Hooked Line Locks
In the event of damaged line locks, two extra line locks are included with your tarp and can be found in the stuff sack containing your stakes.

The hooked line locks provided with the guylines are intended for use in winds under 20 km/h (12 mph). If you’re expecting stronger winds, we recommend tying your guylines directly to the metal guy-out rings for maximum security.

Warranty / Repair

We stand behind our gear. Every tarp comes with a 3-year warranty and lifetime repair! If your tarp has any defects or does not function as intended we will repair it or replace it. 


We’re also big believers in treading lightly. When wear and tear happens (and it will!), we encourage repairs whenever possible. A few scuffs and marks just mean your tarp has seen some great places. If something goes wrong, don’t stress, we review all warranty claims case by case, with one goal in mind, getting you back out there with reliable gear ready for any adventure.
